1. About Aminul Shop
Aminul Shop is a local flower and decoration business based in Kamrup Road, Gossaigaon, Kokrajhar, Assam – 783360. We offer flower bouquets, car decoration, birthday setups, wedding and marriage decoration, event decoration and custom floral arrangements, subject to availability.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website or WhatsApp does not by itself confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after Aminul Shop and the customer agree on the service, date, venue, design, price, payment terms and other relevant details.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices depend on the selected flowers, materials, design, venue, delivery or setup requirements and event date. Any quote should be confirmed directly with Aminul Shop before payment. Do not treat an enquiry or indicative price as a final invoice.
4. Flowers, colours and designs
Flowers are natural products and availability can vary by season and supplier. We may suggest a similar flower, colour or material if the requested item is unavailable. We will aim to discuss significant changes with the customer before proceeding.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate contact details, event date, venue and setup requirements. Please ensure venue access, permissions and any necessary arrangements are available at the agreed time.
6. Changes, delays and force majeure
Please contact us as early as possible if event details change. Weather, traffic, supplier shortages, venue restrictions and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect delivery or setup. We will communicate with the customer to discuss a practical solution.
7. Website content
Website photographs are illustrative and may show inspiration examples rather than completed Aminul Shop work. Actual arrangements may vary according to season, availability and the agreed design.
