Contact us by phone at 6001397658 or email aislam9759@gmail.com and provide your name, booking details, event date and cancellation request. A cancellation is not confirmed until we acknowledge it.
2. Notice period and costs
The effect of a cancellation depends on how close it is to the event, the type of service, whether flowers or materials have been ordered, and how much preparation has been completed. Any applicable charges or refund amount should be confirmed at the time of booking and will be subject to applicable law.
3. Changes to a booking
If you need to change the date, venue, design or service, contact us promptly. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price. A revised booking is confirmed only when both sides agree to the changes.
4. Same-day and urgent bookings
For same-day or urgent orders, flowers and materials may be purchased or prepared immediately. Please discuss the applicable cancellation and refund conditions with us before confirming such a booking.
5. Cancellation by Aminul Shop
If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives or an appropriate refund for the service not provided, in line with the agreed terms and applicable law.
6. Event disruption
If severe weather, venue restrictions, transport disruption or another circumstance outside reasonable control affects the booking, we will discuss possible rescheduling or other practical options with you.
